- Service Confirmation
Once the client has made the one-time payment and submitted complete project requirements and necessary materials, we will confirm the order and schedule the project start date based on the scope of service.
- Service Timeline
Processing generally begins within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and receipt of all required materials. Standard projects typically have an estimated initial delivery time of 3–7 business days. More complex projects—or those involving a large number of pages and customized content—are estimated to take 7–14 business days to complete.
- Material Submission
Clients are expected to promptly provide the text, images, page specifications, and other relevant materials required for the project. If submissions are incomplete or delayed, the start and delivery dates may be postponed accordingly.
- Revisions and Confirmation
Following the delivery of initial results, the client may request reasonable revisions within the scope of the purchased service. Once revisions are complete, we will deliver the final results to the client.
- Delivery Method
Upon completion of the service, the deliverables will be provided via the website dashboard, email, online file transfer, or other electronic means agreed upon by both parties. Clients should review the delivered content promptly.
- Schedule Adjustments
Should project delays occur due to delayed client materials, significant changes in requirements, third-party service issues, or other uncontrollable factors, we will communicate with the client promptly and adjust the delivery schedule reasonably.
- Service Completion
The service is deemed complete once the agreed-upon work has been finished and delivered in the specified manner. If the client discovers significant discrepancies between the delivered results and the agreed-upon order specifications, they may contact us promptly for verification and resolution.
